In collaboration with Brisbane Boys College, we are proud to host the Carson MAG Junior Classic. This competition serves a dual purpose: showcasing young gymnastic talent and honoring the memory of Kaleb Carson, a former member of our Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) program.
Kaleb’s passing on June 2nd, 2021, was a significant loss to our gymnastics community. He was a valuable member of the MAG program, inspiring fellow gymnasts with his dedication and passion for the sport. Kaleb’s talent is undeniable, as evidenced by his two appearances representing Queensland and his well-deserved Level 5 State Title.
However, Kaleb’s impact transcended his athletic achievements. His personality and humor fostered a positive and welcoming environment. He created lasting memories for those who knew him.
The Carson MAG Junior Classic is an opportunity to celebrate Kaleb’s life and ensure his legacy continues to motivate young gymnasts. It also expresses our sincere gratitude to Kaleb’s family for allowing us to share his journey. This event serves as a testament to his lasting influence and reflects the respect and admiration we hold for him.
